Easy Sauteed Mushrooms

Easy sauteed mushrooms paleo recipe

This recipe is sort of the "choose your own adventure" variety. You can choose what flavors you use by switching up the herbs and liquids to create a totally different dish. Experiment! This one's hard to mess up. A few ideas: Asian/Chinese flavors: tamari (or soy sauce) plus rice vinegar, basil, maybe a dash of red pepper flakes Italian flavors: basalmic vinegar with rosemary Thai flavors: coconut milk, basil Super savory: red wine with thyme You get the idea! Last night, we stayed up past midnight talking of goals and dreams, and one of the Continue Reading

Curried Zucchini Soup

I also sliced some and froze it, but wasn't sure what I was going to use it in til I was flipping through a book on squashes and saw something similar to this recipe. I decided to come home and try it. It was delicious and so comforting on a freezing rainy night. Curried Zucchini Soup makes 2 big bowls 2-3 cups sliced zucchini 2 cups vegetable Continue Reading

There are plenty of creative and scrumptious recipes, there's really something for everyone. As Isa says in the introduction to the recipe, these are definitely not healthy. Some people thing vegan Continue Reading
