Hey Amber, you've inspired me to try my hand at bento lunches! I just bought my first box and chopsticks off of eBay :D

ugh, bad shrimp! yikes. *has bad memories of her own shrimp-related food poisoning incident* also, i heard rice can go bad as well and cause food poisoning. just fyi.

The only way I know of rice going bad is when it starts to get really brittle. 0_o

But I've never been sick off rice. But my family house hold, rice was a corner stone of the family diet. Rice was always in the cooker! LOL (Yeah we had one of those rice machines that holds those big bags of rice and it measures out the cups for you.)
