I just navigated to your site from Lance Arthurs page and I have a comment on your design. I would change the hover color on your links. When I see a link and I roll my mouse over it, I probably haven't really read what it says and when you make it the same color as the background it dissapears and you have to take your mouse off it to read it...and if you're not sure if it's a link or not, and it dissapears it's kind of weird. Just a thought.
